This agreement establishes the terms that will govern the legal relationship between the site and its users on Tootzie.com.

Tootzie.com gives you a limited license to access the site and use its services in accordance with these terms and conditions found on the site. Tootzie.com reserves the right to terminate its license to use the site and its services at any time and for any reason.

Responsibilities of Tootzie.com User

To use the site you should be greater than 13 years of age. You are solely responsible for your use of the site and its services. Tootzie.com only functions as a repository of information and the content generated by the user does not represent the views and opinions of Tootzie.com. Tootzie.com enables the link to third party sites, but its content and its policies are not under our control and we are not responsible for any content of these sites. The inclusion of a link on our site and their services does not represent any endorsement or affiliation by Tootzie.com. You agree that the only solution is for you to discontinue using the site.

Agreement of Tootzie.com User

By registering to use Tootzie.com, you are agreeing to receive communications from Tootzie.com and its site users. Specifically, you agree to receive via email or SMS up to 7 (seven) daily Trumpet Blasts from your upline sponsors (one per day per upline sponsor). In return, you will be allowed to send a once daily Trumpet Blast to your accumulated downline for 7 (seven) generations (your Stampede). Additionally, you may post unlimited Toots on your home page that will be available to those who have specifically subscribed to be your follower (in your Pack), in the usual fashion. Furthermore, Tootzie.com subscribers agree to receive once weekly email or SMS communications from Tootzie.com. These may or may not have advertisements for third party products or services. These are not spam and are not to be considered or treated as such. Refusal to receive any of the foregoing communications will terminate this agreement and be cause for cancellation of your Tootzie.com account and access. This includes de-activated email accounts, so please keep your email current with Tootzie.com to prevent un-recoverable cancellation.

Content generated by the user

When publishing any contents, you are giving to us and other users access and use of it. Tootzie.com is not responsible for the event or the circumstances in which third parties access or use the public information and has no obligation to restrict such access. Tootzie.com has the power to recover and remove its contents and personal information of the site and its services.

The content below are expressly forbidden to be published by its users:

Content involving nudity - including explicit photos of topless women or male or female genitalia.
Material and Marks with copyrights that were used without permission expressed by the author
Pornography and obscene content
Content that exploits children and minors
Content that others may believe has been published with malicious purposes, including defamation, libel or persecution
Content that can be judged offensive to the community of Tootzie.com including, but not limited to expressions of fanaticism, racism, prejudice, hatred and sacrilegious
Content that promotes or submit instructional information about illegal activities
Content that transmit or contain viruses, corrupted files or similar elements

Tootzie.com examines the content posted by users periodically and user gives the absolute right (but not the obligation) to remove any content that is not in the standards listed above.

Forum of Election

Any dispute concerning this Agreement or the site will be resolved in court in line with laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., leaving the main forum in the city of Houston elected as the only competent to deal with this issue.

Final Provisions

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., the general principles of law and international standards for e-commerce. If the user does not agree with certain provision of this Agreement, and any part of this agreement is ruled invalid by competent law, other terms will not be affected and will remain in force. If the user has any doubt on this agreement or on the practices of this site, please contact us.
